Thanks to all who attended our Parish Mission. We hope it was a unique opportunity to hear the Scriptures in a different way. A very special thank you to Jeff Clements, Frank Kopacz, and Tom Maher for creating the environment for Frank Runyeon's performances and to Griffon and Ben Selgrath and Ben Citro for lending their expertise to the lighting. Thanks also to Megan Bryce and her crew for planning Monday night's social after the mission.
Saint Alphonsus Parish is hosting a Synodal Listening Session on Tuesday, May 24th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. for the young adults of the parish and any other young adults in the area interested in attending! Please join us in the narthex as we share our experience of the Church and learn by listening to one another. We would like to make on-site childcare available so that everyone wishing to participate is able to do so. There will also be a social following the listening session where we will introduce our new group, Called to be Saints: A faith community for young adults and young families, which is in partnership with Saint Catherine of Siena Parish in Horsham. If you would like to attend, please contact the parish office (215-646-4600) and also let us know if you would like to bring your children for our on-site child care. We hope you can join us!
This weekend, please pick up a copy of Mary and the Saints in the Narthex to enjoy for your summer reading! Thank you to Lindy & Mike Greenhalgh for this amazing gift to the parish.
We were blessed with beautiful weather for our two May Processions this week. Thank you to all the volunteers, catechists, parents, and students who helped make it a great Saint Alphonsus Prep year! Click the title to see more photos!
Congratulations to all our children who received their First Holy Communion on Saturday. We are so blessed to have parents and volunteers that continue to guide the growth of our student’s faith!
